- All orders will be processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days from the day of purchase. Additional delays may occur due to weather, holidays, and the postal service that is beyond our control.
- If an address provided at time of checkout is deemed undeliverable by USPS or incorrect, the customer will be responsible for ANY and ALL additional postage fees.
- Willow Brook Boutique is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered orders once tracking information states the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer at time of checkout.
- Willow Brook Boutique is NOT responsible for any orders sent to an incorrect address that the customer failed to correct upon shipping. If tracking information states the order has been delivered, please check with neighbors and/or relatives in case mail service delivered to the wrong address by mistake. If not, please contact your local USPS for assistance on order recovery.
- Orders purchased online for local pick-up will be ready by the next business day.
- All orders will be available to pick up Saturday mornings at a designated area in Brownsville, KY.
- Items will be held for 2 consecutive Saturdays after the date of purchase.
- If items have not been picked up within 2 consecutive Saturdays, a refund will be charged to the method of payment at time of checkout and items will be returned to inventory to resell.
- An email will be sent notifying the customer when their order will be ready.
All orders that wish to be returned will be refunded as store credit only via an e-gift card. Any exchange that wish to be made must be processed as a return and then repurchased.
- All returned orders will be eligible for store credit only within 14 days from date of delivery. Any order returned past the 14 day grace period will NOT be accepted.
- Eligible returns MUST be scent/odor free, unworn, unwashed, free of makeup/deodorant stains, and any other stains and/or dyes. The item also MUST be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
- All returned orders MUST have the Willow Brook Boutique tag(s) attached. Returns will be declined if the tag(s) have been removed.
- To complete a return, a packing slip/invoice MUST be enclosed with the returned clothing item. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees. All shipping fees are nonrefundable.
- If a customer sends a non-refundable item or if it is past the 14 day return period, the customer is responsible for ALL return postage.
- If a customer wishes to exchange an item, the item MUST be issued as a return. After we receive, inspect, and approve/deny the item, we will issue a refund to the customer per our return policy.
- The customer may place an order for the desired item in the correct size.

- Once a returned order has been received and inspected, Willow Brook Boutique will send an email notifying the customer of its approval or denial.
- If an order is approved for a refund, the customer will receive an e-gift card for the amount of the item(s) within 3-5 business days from the date we receive the item.
- Defective items MUST be reported within 3 days after the date of delivery.
